POSITION GOAL

To maintain records and accounts of all budgeted funds and to provide school administration with information concerning the availability of funds.

ESSENTIAL PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Education - Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program.
• Three (3) years of related work experience. School District work experience preferred. Work experience should have provided an ability to perform diversified duties. Ability to use judgment to determine the action to be taken.
• A working knowledge of accounting theory and practice, clerical procedures, and routine typing skills.
• Computer skills as required for the position.
