About the Team

The Budget and Supply Governance (BSG) team is responsible for managing TikTok's Trust & Safety budget planning and execution, overseeing global BPO portfolio strategies, and optimizing payment and workforce platform solutions. Our scope includes managing BPO budgets, designing resource planning frameworks, ensuring financial compliance through E2E invoicing and cost analyses and driving process improvements through platform solutions that support our global operations.

About the role

As a Budgeting & Supply Governance Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our extended workforce partnerships and supporting efficient global resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze workforce data to support strategic BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) resource allocation decisions

- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and execution for global vendor partnerships

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Workforce Planning, Finance, Procurement, and Platform Engineering teams

- Prepare data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and drive cost savings

- Support process improvements across BPO workforce tracking, allocation, governance, and billing systems

Learning & Development Focus:

- Develop expertise in business analytics, budgeting, and financial modeling

- Strengthen project management capabilities through hands-on ownership of budget initiatives

- Build stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in a global business environment
