Job Description

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Budget & Collection Officer to join our team at Star Services LLC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position with the responsibility of managing the budget and collection process for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present customer invoices on a monthly basis, following the agreed upon schedule
- Identify any billing exceptions and escalate them to the appropriate resources for resolution
- Handle customer service inquiries related to billing disputes, providing timely and effective solutions
- Prepare final bills for clearance and ensure all outstanding balances are collected
- Track and manage billing transactions for occupier move-ins and move-outs
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing processes
- Monitor and analyze budget performance, providing regular reports to management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection processes and reduce outstanding balances
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to budget and collection processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all budget and collection activities
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget and collection roles
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and budgeting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Knowledge of UAE regulations related to budget and collection processes is preferred
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
