Main Missions:
• Maintain and develop the Core Model (management rules, processes and organization). Continuous improvement (improvement request tickets) and step-changes (new functionalities)
• Implement the Core Model within the Business Group (new sites, organizations, processes and/or tools)
• Support/animate the Sysco network, promote the right use of the Core Model
• In close contact with IS/IT department, manage the new Supply Chain tools development, integration and deployment

Responsibilities:

Core Model maintenance and development
• Scope: are included in “Supply Chain” the following elements of the core model: inbound flows, different levels of planning, inventory management, outbound flows
• Collect, analyze and synthesize the needs from the Supply Chain function
• Make improvement proposals based on internal and external benchmarking
• Define, specify and validate Core Model evolutions (Tools, Management rules, Processes, Organization, Skills), in relation with the IS department and the Supply Chain network
• Ensure close coordination with other Business Owners to guarantee the global coherence of the Corel Model
• Create/update the Core Model documentation, including training units and presentation of business rules
• Participate to the setup and testing of new IS tools
• Benchmark industry best practices, for example through the participation to GALIA working groups

Core Model implementation
• Contribute to Core Model rollout projects through the Business Group (new sites, organizations, processes and/or tools)
• Apply the standard rollout methodology
• Participation to project preparation
• Present the Core Model to Key Users
• Run/coordinate AS-IS and TO-BE workshops / Identify gaps, propose solutions
• Validate the business rules
• Train Key Users when necessary
• Definition of functional data recovery rules
• Functional validation of authorizations
• If needed: participation to integration tests and Go Live

Support/animate the System Controllers network, promote the right use of the Core Model
• Monitor the right use of the Core Model for its domain:
• Maintain the Core Model Assessment tool• Run/coordinate assessments of plants and central teams
• Follow-up and publish KPIs
• Support the IS teams to solve TMA requests linked with Core Model decisions
• Provide specific support to Plant and Business Group if needed
• Keep the Core Model documentation updated
• Management rules
• Workshop presentations
• Book of processes
• Training Units
• Ensure that communication about new functionalities and best practices is well cascaded to Key Users of its functional domain

Other Activities (in addition to the Core Model-related activities, upon need and request)
• Contribute to the preparation of Standards / Best practices
• Provide support to operations / Participate to MMOG audits

Desired Profile:
• Master of Engineering degree or Master of Sales degree with a Supply Chain specialty
• Overall Supply Chain & IT associated knowledge (material ordering, transport, packaging management, internal logistics)
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of time)

A first experience in Supply Chain Industry (automotive is a plus) as:
• System Controller
• Supply Chain / Logistics Engineer
• Supply Chain / Logistics Manager
