Your background
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, ora relatedfield.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CAIP, advanced AI/ML certifications)highlyvalued.
Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, conferences, and courses to stay updated with the latest AI advancements.
Extensive 15+ years of experience in roles related to business process management or program implementation ina manufacturing industry.
Leadership & Influence:
Effective communication skills with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment to drive initiatives.
Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.
Strategic & Technical Acumen:
Deep understanding of data, analytics, AI/GenAI technologies, machinelearningand analytics platforms.
Strong analytical skills to tackle complex data and/or AI challenges.
Awareness of ethical considerations in AI development and deployment.
Able to bridge strategy, governance, and execution.
