BTL Promotion Operations Director

MSPS Athens, a leader in Integrated Marketing and Sales services, is seeking a dynamic and motivated BTL Promotion Operations Director to join our esteemed Promotion Excellence team.

As a BTL Promotion Operations Director, you will play a crucial role within our Promotion & Operation team, managing key accounts for both Greek and multinational clients. Your responsibilities will include daily client engagement, coordinating project stakeholders & operations and driving business growth within our existing client portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of promotional projects, ensuring they meet client expectations.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring top-tier operational performance.
• Field Promotion Planning: Develop and present field promo activation plans, including budgets, reports, and presentations, in response to client briefs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in account handling, specifically in field promotion activities within an agency environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint.
