Job Description

La filiale STILL Sud Est (Bari) sta cercando un/una Back office per il BT Program Sales. La persona supporterà le vendite per tutte le attività amministrative, trasmette le conferme d'ordine alla gestione del contratto, in linea con le politiche e le procedure dell'azienda e le specifiche direttive del manager.

Si offre:
- contratto in somministrazione a tempo determinato fino a fine anno

Attività previste:

  • verifica e conferma gli ordini di vendita ricevuti dai venditori attraverso il gestionale, ne gestisce l'archiviazione e si occupa dell'estrazione dei reports relative alle vendite dal gestionale.
  • procede con l'emissione delle fatture e si interfaccia con il coordinatore del credito per eventuali criticità
  • mantiene aggiornata l’anagrafica cliente e i dati della flotta
  • gestisce ordini nuovi e contratti di noleggio
  • dispone le consegne dei carrelli interfacciandosi con gli stabilimenti di produzione con la logistica con le officine locali utilizzate per la customizzazione e monitora lo status delle consegne e fornisce feedback ai venditori e ai clienti

Requisiti necessari:

  • Esperienza pregressa di minimo 2 anni nel ruolo di back office commerciale
  • Titolo di studio: diploma o laurea
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Ottima conoscenza MS Office
  • Conoscenza SAP costituisce un plus
  • Proattività e buone competenze comunicative e relazionali
