本岗位隶属于公司工厂管理部门，主要职责如下：
1. 生产资源的配置：根据产量要求，负责产线和人力的布局规划；
2. 数据分析：对生产工程和人员产能，推动持续改善；
3. 跨部门协作：与制造、质量、设备等部门紧密合作，推动生产效率持续改进；
4. 完成上级领导交待的其它各项临时工作。
任职要求：
1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历，工业工程专业优先；
2. 工作经验：具备1年以上IE工作经验；
3. 专业技能：熟练工业工程方法与工具；熟练使用办公软件；
4. 个人素质：具备较强的逻辑和数据分析能力，沟通协调能力及执行力。
