岗位职责
负责汽车电子电控单元底层软件开发与适配，涵盖 MCU/MPU 底层驱动、芯片外设驱动通信驱动开发。
基于 AUTOSAR 架构，完成 MCAL 配置、OS 操作系统、调度管理、内存管理、看门狗、休眠唤醒等基础底层模块开发与调试。
负责底层软件与硬件原理图匹配验证，解决硬件底层适配、时序、电气兼容性等软硬件联调问题。
配合功能安全要求，完成底层机制开发、故障诊断、复位管理、安全监控等模块设计，满足 ISO 26262 规范要求。
负责底层软件版本管理、编译环境维护、代码优化、移植适配，支撑多项目、多平台复用。
对接应用层软件团队，提供底层接口、驱动能力支持，定位并解决跨层协作问题。
输出底层软件设计文档、测试文档、接口规范，参与评审、问题闭环与量产问题整改。
任职要求
本科及以上，电子、自动化、车辆工程、计算机、软件工程等相关专业，6 年及以上汽车行业底层软件开发经验。
熟练掌握 C 语言嵌入式开发，精通单片机 / 嵌入式芯片底层开发原理。
熟悉 AUTOSAR CP/AP 架构，熟练使用 MCAL 配置工具、编译调试工具（Keil、IAR、GCC、Debugger 等）。
精通车载通信协议：CAN2.0、CAN FD、LIN、以太网 TCP/IP、SOME/IP 等底层驱动与配置。
熟悉车载 OS、实时调度、裸机 / RTOS 开发，熟悉电控硬件基础、常用外设（ADC、PWM、UART、SPI、I2C）。
了解汽车功能安全 ISO 26262、车载诊断 UDS、网络管理、OTA 底层升级方案者优先。
具备良好的问题排查能力、文档编写能力，能适应项目节点、整车实车调试。
