We are hiring a BSS Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise to design detailed architectures, including components, low-level designs, data flows, integrations, and security across BSS and enterprise ecosystems. The role involves active support of development teams during implementation and integration of platforms like Netcracker, Workday, and Salesforce within a lead-to-cash domain, along with contributing to Cloud transformation initiatives. You will provide technical leadership, ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture documents.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Proven hands-on Architect experience in BSS area including CRM, Order Management, Billing, Revenue Assurance, and Mediation (not just high-level or pre-sales)
Strong experience designing and delivering integrations across platforms such as Netcracker/Amdocs/Ericsson/Nokia or other BSS, Workday, Salesforce or similar enterprise systems with working knowledge in Cloud-native, Open API Standard and TM Forum
The successful candidate must be able to work in Canada and obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
