General Summary:
As part of the customer engineering team of Qualcomm China,
mainly focus on automotive infotainment platform, we are looking
for talents who will be responsible for supporting customers to
commercialize their products with Qualcomm Linux/Android/QNX
BSPs of Snapdragon Automotive series. The work scope includes
but not limit to customer Q&A, troubleshooting of BSP towards
QNX/Linux kernel drivers and Android HAL/framework, analyzing
customer requirement, proposing feature design &
implementation etc.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of QNX/Linux/Android OS, multi-thread, data
structures and basic algorithms.
- Good knowledge of Application Processor (e.g. ARM Cortex-M/A
serial) architecture, multi-core, and ARM’s virtualization/SMMU
- Good understanding of hardware blocks - Clocks, PLLs, GPIO,
Interrupt Controllers (GIC), SD, Peripherals (PCIE, USB, UFS,
I2C/SPI/UART), Power… and their SW architecture for porting and
debugging
- Professional in Software knowledge as low level QNX/Linux
Kernel Drivers, Device Tree (DTS), Driver Framework, modules as
Booting/OTA
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting ability with sufficient tools
(e.g. GDB, JTAG-Debugger…)
- Active and skillful documentation writing
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.
