Baltic Service Operations Center is now looking for a BSOC specialist

This role is meant for you if you have:

• university degree in Technical field (you can be a first-year student);
• degree in Telecom is an advantage;
• fluency in English;
• strong personal drive and a great desire for self-learning;
• ability to quickly master new information & rapidly handle stressful situations;
• accuracy and high sense of responsibility;
• ability to work in shifts.

Your main tasks will be:

• routines required to maintain Service Operations – to monitor Tele2’s Baltic network;
• network alarm monitoring and assistance in fault handling;
• efficiently coordinate prevention of accidents;
• take the initiative and offer solutions;
• provide remote assistance to support teams in daily operations;
• execute tasks based on guidelines;
• event, Incident & Change handling.

Salary: from 1418 EUR (gross)
