
Business Support Officer (Administration) Level 1 – Fostering Support | 10623 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,989 to £26,403 per annum | Grade D | County Hall, Norwich / Hybrid
We are looking for a competent, well organized and self-motivated individual to undertake this role supporting the Fostering & Kinship team. Our service is very busy and includes variety in day-to-day tasks that come into our team. An example of tasks we support are raising POs, dealing with confidential data, sending out letters. You will be required to have experience of working in an office environment and an awareness of safeguarding children’s policies and knowledge of financial processes.
This post requires good customer service, excellent keyboard and ICT skills being proficient in Word, Excel and databases, good organisational skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines, to prioritise work and to communicate effectively at all levels.
