Job Description

Overview

The Asia BSO ECIF Lead owns the operational engine of Asia’s End-Customer Investment Fund (ECIF) program - the win-room operations, vendor management, program routing, end to end process management, and execution hygiene that keep ECIF spend compliant, timely and well-governed across the region. Working alongside the Regional ECIF Controllers, the role converts governance policy into reliable day-to-day operations: it sets the operating standards for ECIF processing, equips the Area Win Room (AWR) vendor teams to guide case requestors, and together with the win room vendors, act as the collective first line of compliance for how ECIF is requested, approved and executed.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Win Room Operations & AWR Vendor Management :
  • Set the operational standards of ECIF processing - ensuring vendors are well equipped to orchestrate win rooms, guide case requestors on correct program usage, and together with win room vendors, act as the collective first line of compliance escalation
  • Own and maintain the shared operating assets the vendor teams rely on (e.g. the Asia ECIF SharePoint and enablement collateral).
  • 2. Program & Routing-Rule Management
  • Set up Program Routing Rules for Local Asia Discretionary and keep all routing rules accurate and current.
  • Maintain Asia ECIF programs and routing rules in partnership with the Corp Program Team, supporting the FY27 consolidation to a single regional discretionary program with per-Area routing.
  • 3. Win-Room Process Efficiency & Transformation
  • Drive win-room process efficiency; measure and track SLA realization.
  • Orchestrate win-room transformations, leading operational readiness for further win room process improvement
  • 4. ECIF Hygiene & Execution Excellence
  • Drive operational ECIF hygiene through enablement and engagement with case requestors.
  • Drive end to end ECIF execution excellence (from pre-IO to post-IO) in partnership with ECIF Ops.
  • 5. Enablement & Case-Requestor Community
  • Run monthly enablement sessions and weekly office hours for case requestors.
  • Keep case requestors and vendor teams current on correct program usage, tooling and compliance expectations.
  • Orchestrate Area Win Room (AWR) operations and manage the AWR Vendors Team end-to-end.

Develop deep subject matter expertise in ECIF and Microsoft investment programs

  • Act as the regional ECIF subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on investment strategy, governance, policy, funding mechanisms, and operational execution. Prior experience with ECIF, investment funds, incentives, or comparable Microsoft programs is strongly preferred.

Use data and insights to drive performance and continuous improvement

  • Analyze business and operational performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions across investment health, SLA attainment, compliance, utilization, and seller experience.
