This programme is designed to fast-track talented young technicians into a structured, hands-on development pathway — combining real-world workshop exposure with mentorship, technical training, and career progression opportunities.
We are looking for driven, disciplined, and mechanically passionate individuals who completed their diesel trade qualification in 2026 and are ready to build a meaningful career in the commercial vehicle and trucking sector.
