Mandatory Criteria – Candidate should have 4+ year of experience and 1-2 years as BSM managing team size of 4-5 members
Should be maintaining Average interest rate as 12%
Should be earning Incentive in current and previous company or Current / Previous company. Need to share the incentive sheet along with your resume.
1) Education: Graduation in any discipline
2) Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of HL/LAP with a track record of having managed teams for minimum 2 years
3) Understanding the Home Loan market, Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan.
4) Understanding the Home Loan market, Knowledge about regulatory aspect of home loan.
5) IT Skills - MS Office
6) Behavioural Skills – Leadership/Assertion/Aggression/ People Management/Planning & organizing/Customer Orientation/ Interpersonal/ relationship management skills
