About the Role
Montecito Bank & Trust is seeking a temporary, full-time BSA Specialist to join the team in our Risk and Compliance department. As a BSA Specialist, you will deliver a World Class Experience by monitoring and reporting on day-to-day compliance issues with the federal Bank Secrecy Act laws and regulations, FDIC directives, and adhering to established internal policies and procedures for Anti-Money Laundering and BSA compliance. Secondary duties include reviewing fraud reports. You will be located in Goleta, CA with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule and work an estimated 20 weeks.
