Position Highlights:
Provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes
Build positive relationships with patients, families, and care teams
Work in a supportive, team-focused environment
Qualifications:
Active LPN license
Current CPR certification
Compassionate, professional, and dependable
Home Health experience preferred, but not required
