Das sind Deine Aufgaben

  • Buchhaltung: Verantwortung für die vollständige Abwicklung der Markt-Buchhaltung sowie die korrekte und termingerechte Erfassung aller relevanten Geschäftsvorgänge
  • Lieferscheine: Du bearbeitest und kontrollierst Lieferscheine und stellst sicher, dass Wareneingänge korrekt dokumentiert und verbucht werden
  • Inventurauswertungen: Erstellung aussagekräftiger Inventurauswertungen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Bestandsoptimierung
  • Schriftverkehr: Du übernimmst den allgemeinen Schriftverkehr und sorgst für eine professionelle Kommunikation mit internen und externen Ansprechpartner:innen

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Qualifikation: Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Bürokaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung in der Büroorganisation bzw. im administrativen Bereich bringst du bereits mit
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Sicher Umgang mit allen gängigen Microsoft Office 365 Anwendungen
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig
  • Persönlichkeit: Hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
