Job Overview Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a Lean-Pro Broking Support professional to assist Australian insurance clients with broker support, documentation, system updates, and insurance administration. This role is best suited for candidates with direct Australian insurance experience and familiarity with insurance broking tools and workflows. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to Australian insurance brokers Assist with insurance documentation, client records, renewals, endorsements, and policy-related updates Maintain accurate information across insurance systems and broker support platforms Support broker teams with client files, data entry, document preparation, and follow-up tasks Help ensure insurance records and supporting documents are complete and organized Coordinate with internal teams or broker stakeholders regarding missing information or required updates Follow established insurance, compliance, and documentation processes Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines Requirements Experience in Australian insurance is required Experience supporting insurance brokers or insurance-related back-office workflows Familiarity with any of the following tools is preferred: Insight, WinBeat, Sunrise, or SCTP Strong administrative, documentation, and data management skills High attention to detail and accuracy when handling insurance records Good written and verbal English communication skills Able to work independently and follow structured insurance processes Nice to Have Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance certification Prior experience supporting Australian insurance broking firms Experience with multiple insurance systems or broker platforms
