TBC Capital’s Middle Office is announcing an opening for a Brokerage Services Manager

The Middle Office provides daily service and support to clients. The team’s primary objective is to respond to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, identify and resolve issues, and ensure comprehensive client service in compliance with TBC Capital’s relevant policies and procedures.

• Communicating with TBC Capital clients, providing timely responses to all inquiries received via the hotline and email, offering technical assistance, and providing clients with comprehensive information about TBC Capital’s services;
• Identifying and analyzing TBC Capital clients’ needs regarding brokerage products and services;
• Offering products and services to TBC Capital clients based on their identified needs and providing relevant consultations;
• Maintaining and regularly updating a register of frequently asked questions related to TBC Capital’s services;
• Listening to and documenting customer complaints and assigning the appropriate category to each issue;
• Preparing periodic performance reports for the manager;
• Identifying issues within brokerage services and escalating them to the relevant team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
• 1+ year of experience in brokerage services, financial operations, or a similar role;
• Knowledge of brokerage products and financial instruments;
• Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems;
• Proficiency in English;
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
