This position involves the entry and electronic submission of import and export declarations. It includes the preparation and electronic registration of import/export data related to customs clearance of goods, in accordance with customs regulations and procedures. The role also supports the resolution of issues related to customs procedures and transactions and analyzes data flow concerning international shipments through UPS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Electronic entry of information enabling customs clearance of imports/exports via electronic systems under various customs procedures (any customs regime).
• Monitoring the progress of the customs clearance process.
• Advisory support to customers regarding import/export clearance issues.
• Management and integrity control of official shipping records.
• Data analysis of international shipments through UPS systems.
• Reconciliation and recording of customs data, tax and duty bank payments, and other related data – bank reconciliation.
• File management. Systematic and efficient control of document creation, receipt, and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Customs broker certification is desirable
• Previous professional experience in customs clearance (1–2 years) will be considered an asset
• University or technical degree (TEI/AEI) preferred
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
• Very good command of English
• Enthusiasm, teamwork, methodical approach, organizational skills, confidentiality, attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in all the availbale shifts : (07.00-15:00// 10:00-18:00// 11:00-19:00)
