What would your day-to-day look like?

• You’ll assist with the preparation of customs declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis
• You’ll process customs documents with official authorities
• You’ll be in contact with both internal and external customers, via phone or email, in at least two languages: Spanish and English
• You’ll handle customer calls, providing information related to customs clearance and answering questions about customs procedures
• You’ll collaborate with other departments, mainly Billing and Operations, to provide high-quality service to our customers
• You’ll work as part of a team at your site to achieve company goals, delivering the best possible service for worldwide shipments while ensuring compliance with customs regulations

What do we expect from you?

• Vocational Training (FP) studies are required
• A proactive attitude, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Intermediate level of English is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Basic IT/user-level computer skills
• Knowledge of Foreign Trade is a plus
