Job Description:

Brokerage Admin. Assistant III – Great Britain

Grade: 7

Location: Medellín or Bogotá

Work from Home

The Brokerage Admin Assistant III is responsible for understanding, classifying and processing documentation based on import brokerage customs regulations. He or She will be able to perform a proper tariff classification and make sure the right import taxes are charged. Understanding individual customer priorities and requirements is critical to ensure a smooth workflow process. This position performs general office duties that may include data entry, distributing emails, auditing documents and basic understanding and use of office tools in general.

Qualifications

• English Level 85% - Required
• Excel Intermediate – Required
• Brokerage experience - Preferred
• Studies in International Business or related fields – Preferred
• Ability to work in a highly measured, fast-paced, production environment.

Schedule

• Monday to Thursday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Availability to work on Holidays.
