The Brokerage Admin serves as the first point of contact for brokerage‑related customer enquiries and manages customer relationships for brokerage products. This role requires a strong customer service skills and brokerage knowledge to ensure timely and accurate resolution of enquiries. The Brokerage Admin will coordinate closely with internal teams responsible for actioning requests, maintain clear internal communication, and actively follow up to ensure both internal and external enquiries are resolved and closed out effectively.

Job Duties

  • Manage and follow up on internal and external customer enquiries

  • Communicate regulatory requirements clearly and provide customer support

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive customer relationships

  • Collaborate with account managers and overseas partners to understand customer requirements and processes

  • Track and monitor shipments for critical customer to ensure on-time clearance

  • Collaborate with internal teams on shipment declarations

  • Prepare and generate reports and documents as requested

  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • At least “O” Level certification or equivalent

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • Familiar with Singapore Customs regulations

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written), with proficiency in a second language being a plus

  • Strong communication and customer service orientation

  • Able to perform well in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment

  • Positive attitude and a strong team player
