  • Identify trends, opportunities and areas requiring management action through regular performance reviews.
  • Produce broker scorecards and relationship summaries for underwriters, senior management and governance forums.
  • Support portfolio reviews by providing broker and distribution insights.
  • Maintain market intelligence on broker structures, strategic priorities, personnel moves and competitor positioning.

Strategic Distribution Support

  • Assist with strategic broker initiatives and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate actions arising from broker reviews, market meetings and distribution forums.
  • Contribute to business planning, budgeting and performance monitoring activities.
  • Support preparation of presentations and materials for Executive Committee, Board and broker-facing meetings.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Preferably experience within the London Market or specialty insurance sector.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience producing management information, performance reporting and business insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience in broker relationship management, distribution or business development.
  • Understanding of specialty insurance classes and distribution models.
  • Experience working with CRM and broker management systems.
  • Knowledge of Lloyd's and company market distribution dynamics.
