Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)

The Broker Commissions Analyst II is responsible for calculating commission amounts payable to various brokers, validating broker information (including usage and rates) and ensuring brokers are paid timely and accurately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for calculating and validating various commission structures.
  • Send monthly/weekly statements to brokers.
  • Resolve commissions inquiries initiated by brokers and internal sales departments.
  • Interface with key departments, including sales, enrollments/contracts, IT and accounting, in an effort to ensure commissions are processed timely and accurately.
  • Research and respond to broker correspondence.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Solve problems quickly and identify issues in a more timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered
  • 2 to 3 years of Retail Electricity experience preferred
  • CRM/billing application experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced
  • Ability to work overtime on occasion, and have flexibility with scheduling

Hourly Range

$15.1631-$21.2283
