Primary Purpose
Act as liaison between Mountaire Farms and independent contract growers. Monitor and promote proper animal husbandry and animal welfare procedures that are consistent with accepted industry standards through documented weekly flock visitations and effective communication. Has ability to follow and understand animal welfare and bio security guidelines as it pertains to company certification, promotes company procedures and programs to independent contract growers to obtain top performance. Completes flock testing so flocks can be processed on time. Trains contract growers on best management practices on Biosecurity of farms.
