This is a hybrid leadership role combining farm operations, veterinary oversight, research execution, and external technical support. The role involves setting up and managing a broiler breeder research farm while ensuring strong breeder performance and high-quality hatching eggs. It also includes leading feed trials and producing reliable performance data, serving as the company’s technical expert in broiler breeder production, and supporting the commercial feed business through field advisory, customer engagement, and veterinary training.
Education:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) – Required
Experience:
5–10+ years in broiler breeder operations
Strong experience in:
Breeder flock management
Veterinary health programs
Fertility and hatchability optimization
Experience in technical advisory or field support preferred
License/s:
