About the Role:Join Kaskaid Hospitality as a Broil Cook and be part of a dynamic kitchen team in the heart of Saint Louis Park, MN. We are looking for passionate culinary professionals to create delicious, high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back for more!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables using broiling techniques.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff on broiling techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Participate in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a broiling or grilling role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Passion for food and a desire to grow within the culinary field.

Kaskaid Hospitality is a privately held, Twin Cities based restaurant company founded in 2007. Owners Kam and Keyvan Talebi currently operate 18 restaurants nationwide, as well as a full-service catering company and event centers in Minneapolis, MN.

Kaskaid Hospitality has investments in the restaurant industry to include 12 CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar restaurant locations nationwide; five locations in the Minneapolis-St.Paul area, and five locations nationally in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Sioux City, Iowa.
