Broadcast Traffic Coordinator

Broadcast Radio administrative position to complete daily on-air logs, enter orders, and produce reports for the sales team. Must be exceptionally well versed in WideOrbit and Natural Log.

Status: Full Time

Location: Butler or Beaver PA

Core Responsibilities

  • Log Management: Creating, editing, and reconciling daily broadcast logs to ensure all advertisements and programs air as scheduled. This includes resolving discrepancies between sales orders and actual aired spots.
  • Order Entry & Validation: Processing incoming advertising insertion orders and verifying they comply with station business rules, such as priority and spot placement.
  • Inventory Control: Monitoring available airtime and coordinating with sales team to maximize revenue and placement of bonus spots.



Qualifications



  • Experience:
    Typically 1–5 years in broadcast traffic or media operations.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in media management, communications, or business is often preferred.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation.
  • Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong communication skills for liaising between sales and programming departments
