About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Broadcast Installation Coordinator to support the delivery of a large-scale, state-of-the-art media facility. This role sits within a major new construction project focused on building a modern broadcasting environment for audiovisual production, processing, and distribution.
You will play a key role in coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration between technical integrators, project teams, and construction partners on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary on-site point of contact for all installation activities
Coordinate multiple external integrators working across media production, post-production, connectivity, and infrastructure
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Organize and lead coordination meetings (both scheduled and ad hoc)
Collaborate with logistics partners managing on-site operations
Support project managers in ensuring the correct deployment of media production resources
Proactively manage and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks on-site
Represent the project team to both internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
Proven experience in project coordination or site management (minimum 3 years)
Strong background in media, broadcasting, or audiovisual environments
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes
Hands-on experience with installation or implementation of media equipment is a plus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to work autonomously while remaining a strong team player
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
Fluent in Dutch (C2 level required)
Contract Details
Freelance contract via an intermediary
Full-time assignment running until end of 2027, with possible extension into 2028
On-site presence required during the construction phase, with some flexibility for remote work
