Il Broadcast Engineer supporta le attività di QVC Italia fornendo assistenza tecnica all'infrastruttura di trasmissione e agli utenti finali. Si occupa dell'analisi delle cause (root cause analysis) per incidenti e problemi complessi relativi ai sistemi di broadcasting, supportando la nostra infrastruttura di produzione Live.

Questo ruolo richiede la presenza in sede presso i nostri studi televisivi di Brugherio (MB).
Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato – full time.
In questo ruolo lavorerai su turni (lun-dom) sotto la supervisione del Supervisor Broadcast Engineering.
Cosa farai
Riportando al Supervisor Broadcast Engineering:
Fornirai supporto tecnico completo per i sistemi di broadcasting nell'ambiente di produzione Live, per la distribuzione su piattaforme lineari e streaming, oltre che per i flussi Web e Social.
Sarai responsabile delle apparecchiature broadcasting, della progettazione e dell'installazione dei vari sistemi.
Lavorerai su diversi progetti di sviluppo inclusi ricerca, installazione e configurazione.
Avrai il compito di creare e revisionare standard e procedure operative per l'infrastruttura di broadcasting.
Gestirai incidenti di supporto e criticitià per tutti i sistemi di trasmissione.
Requisiti
Laurea tecnica o diploma di scuola superiore a indirizzo tecnico con precedente esperienza nel settore.
Esperienza minima di tre anni anni in ambito Broadcast Engineering in un ambiente televisivo (fortemente preferita).
Comprovata esperienza nella risoluzione dei problemi (troubleshooting) su apparecchiature e sistemi broadcast.
Esperienza di lavoro con telecamere broadcast, mixer video, audio e dati. Conoscenza di Video over IP, streaming di base e competenze in ambito cloud e networking.
Buone capacità comunicative nel descrivere problemi tecnici in modo chiaro e paziente ad utenti e stakeholders di diverso livello.
Capacità di adattarsi rapidamente a contesti dinamici svolgendo diversi compiti, incarichi, progetti e funzioni.
Italiano fluente e buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
