Please note this role is based in Skiatook, OK.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee installation, service, and system maintenance for your market
• Manage supervisors, field teams, budgets, and performance metrics
• Ensure FCC compliance, service reliability, and top‑notch customer experience
• Build relationships with local authorities, utilities, and community partners
• Mentor technical leaders and develop future talent

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in telecom operations with supervisory experience
• Proven ability to drive results and lead teams
• Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and weather conditions
