Candidates must possess a combination of technical analytics expertise and network planning experience. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to analyze large datasets, develop models, automate workflows, and create executive-level recommendations that drive broadband expansion decisions.
Experience limited to GIS mapping, business analysis, or strategy consulting without telecommunications industry experience will not be considered.
We are seeking a Broadband Network Strategy & Analytics Manager to support high-impact network expansion initiatives for a leading telecommunications organization.
This role combines network planning, GIS analytics, software development, data engineering, and business strategy. The individual will leverage Python, SQL, GIS technologies, market intelligence, and broadband datasets to identify network growth opportunities and influence where future fiber and broadband investments are made.
The ideal candidate understands both the technical and business sides of broadband expansion. They can build the analysis themselves, develop automated reporting and models, evaluate network opportunities, and translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for executive leadership.

This role sits at the center of one of the organization's most important growth initiatives. You will help determine where broadband infrastructure is built, where capital is invested, and how future network expansion strategies are developed while working directly with executive leadership and key decision makers.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
