Qualifications & Skills:
1.本科及以上学历,医药或相关专业
2.10年以上医药行业相关工作经验
3.三年以上外资营销管理经验
4.较强的业绩管理和有效性管理能力;
5.有慢病管理或普药推广经验;
6.良好的疾病领域、产品和竞品知识,以及区域政策的解读能力;
7.丰富的医院准入或市场准入经验;
8.良好的跨部门沟通能力,出色的项目管理经验,较强的学习和探索精神。
