What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting and assisting passengers at security checkpoints
- Providing respectful and professional screening
- Helping manage passenger flow with calm and clarity
- Working within clear safety and security procedures
- Being the reassuring face of airport security for thousands of travellers
Who We’re Looking For
- Male and female-identifying individuals (to ensure respectful screening for all passengers)
- Great communicators who enjoy helping people
- Customer service experience is welcome — but not required
- Interested in aviation, safety, or security? This is your stepping stone
- Willing to complete Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (training offered at half price)
What You Need
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass a drug screening, medical check, and criminal history check (ASIC eligibility)
- Unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (part-time)
- A professional, responsible attitude – and a passion for learning
Training & Development
We invest in your growth from Day 1:
- Access to a nationally recognised qualification
- Only $1,000 for a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (normally $2,000)
- Hands-on learning with on-site practical experience at Brisbane Airport
