Job Family Group Description - Sales:
This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.

Job Family Description - Retail/Sales Operations:
Supports the sales process through activities that may include putting displays in place, keeping stock level inventory, managing payment transactions and conducting fittings or garment alterations.

Speciality Description - Tailor:
Conducts fittings, takes measurements and makes alterations to ensure a perfect fit for clients. Provides guidance to clients on style and fit.

The person has to manage all tailoring activities of the region. He/she has to support the staff in the activities involving measurement-taking of the Bespoke line, alterations and ameliorations of RTW garments.

How you will contribute

• Managing and coordinating the Atelier, providing outstanding service and meeting the demands of the customers in relation to RTW garments;
• Managing all the activities involving measurement-taking of the Bespoke line;
• Guaranteeing the necessary team work to fulfill with customer requests in terms of timing and deliveries of garments demonstrating a sense of urgency;
• Taking measurements and performing mending activities on Ready to Wear garments;
• Assisting the Store personnel to satisfy the customer needs and request in terms of fitting on both Bespoke and Ready to Wear collections;
• Advising the customer on the best fitting for his posture and body characteristics.
• Managing the clienteling activities

Who you are

• 10+ years of experience in alterations, in a luxury environment.
• Exhibit a professional understanding of garment fitting, knowledge of fabrics, styling, and manufacturing techniques.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of garment construction and men’s suiting techniques in luxury.
• Strong knowledge of different fabrications and materials.
• A high level of applied handwork tailoring skills (hand stitching buttonholes, etc)
• Solid Knowledge of tailoring techniques gained through an experience in a luxury boutique
• Solid coat making experience
• Handwork experience on tailoring (hand-made button holes, etc.)
• Knowledge of man high end fashion Bespoke and Ready to Wear;
• Fluent in English
