Brio Homebuilder Solutions finances production homebuilders and residential developers nationwide. We specialize in revolving lines of credit and acquisition, development, and construction (ADC) facilities that enable the development, construction, and sale of new homes in major U.S. metropolitan markets. Our clients typically deliver 150 to 200 homes annually or more, ranging from regional builders to multi‑market operators. We also finance master‑planned communities and stand‑alone residential developments.
We are seeking an analytical professional to support the underwriting, portfolio management, and risk oversight of residential Acquisition & Development (A&D) and homebuilder lending portfolios. The role involves conducting financial and market analysis, evaluating builder performance, monitoring covenant compliance and portfolio risk, and supporting credit decision-making throughout the loan lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis and credit skills, a solid understanding of residential land development and homebuilder finance, and the ability to identify emerging risks while providing actionable insights to support portfolio performance and risk management.
In this role, you will safeguard credit quality, enhance portfolio performance, and help Brio deliver reliable, scalable capital to best‑in‑class homebuilders—supporting housing supply and community development across the U.S.
