Salary Range: $21.58 - $26.00 Hourly

Travel Percentage: 60 - 70%The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Bridges Liaison to join our Shared Services department. The Bridges Liaison will work with young adults ages 18-21 who have emancipated from a county agency. To be successful in this role, the Bridges Liaison is skilled in areas such as home maintenance, budgeting, relationship/communication skills, anger management, obtaining community services, job and apartment seeking, navigating the different systems in Ohio, educational options, etc. In addition, the Bridges Liaison visits young adults at least monthly in the young adults living arrangement. The Liaison will meet with the young adult while still in custody to formulate a viable plan for when the young adult leaves the child welfare system. In their work the Liaison will place a strong emphasis on engaging transition age youth and permanency planning.

What you’ll do:
- Participate as member of the Bridges team to provide case management in Ohio’s Central Region to young adults ages 18-21 who have aged out of county custody.
- Establish connections to area resources for young adults.
- Make at least monthly visits to the young adults living arrangement.
- Help with establishment of daily goals and follows up to assure attendance and participation in scheduled activities.
- Provide transportation for the clients as needed.

QualificationsWho you are:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a human services related field.
- You have two years of relevant case work experience.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
