Job Description

Our client is seeking a Bridge Superintendent to lead field operations on heavy civil infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for overseeing crews, coordinating resources, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field operations for structural and bridge-related scopes of work
  • Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to maintain project schedule and productivity
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Track production, quantities, and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and updates with project leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing field operations on bridge or structural civil projects
  • Proven ability to lead crews and maintain a strong safety culture on active job sites
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and field execution
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing project conditions and solve problems in real time
