What You'll Do:

• Lead or assist in structural design calculations and preparation of contract documents
• Coordinate with stakeholders and sub-consultants
• Manage project delivery and mentor junior staff
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering with 8+ years of experience
• P.Eng. registration in BC or another Canadian province/territory
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
