Brewing Units Development Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Brewing Units Development Intern to join our Coffee Machines & Systems Development team at our Innovation Center in Turin.

The chosen candidate will be integrated within the R&D Coffee Machines & Systems department to support the development of the HCS/OCS machine (Bean To Cup), allowing them to gain a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this constantly evolving industry.

📊 Your Day-to-day Activities

• Support the design and development of a grinder functionality and reliability testing bench in collaboration with suppliers
• Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are met according to the defined timeline and specifications
• Data analsysis and post-processing
• General support on Brewing Unit team testing activities

💡 Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: September 2026
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
• You have a Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical/aerospace/material or chemical
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
• (And if you’re a coffee lover....that helps!)
