Compensation and benefits include:
- Competitive pay tied to work experience and skill

QualificationsSome basic requirements are:
- Flexible, with an ability to prioritize and troubleshoot – aptitude for mechanics.
- Drive and ability to learn and master new skills/tasks/jobs when trained by trainer.
- Great attention to detail and drive for perfection – quality and consistency is paramount.
- Proven history of steadiness in career – looking to find the next long chapter in one’s career.
- Excitement and need to be an integral part of a growing craft brewery in Charlotte, NC.
- 21+ years of age, and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs. and ability to handle and maneuver 165+ lbs. kegs
