The department of Radiology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Breast Imaging radiologist to join our practice. This position will include participation in our Breast Imaging clinical practice, including digital mammography/tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, molecular breast imaging (MBI), and image-guided needle biopsies and seed localizations. In addition, the position includes resident and fellow education and multidisciplinary tumor board participation. Our multidisciplinary practice includes frequent interaction and collaboration with other members of the Breast service line (surgery, oncology, pathology, radiation oncology, and breast clinic).
The Breast Imaging division consists of 8 breast imaging radiologists in a practice producing 21,000 screening mammograms, 7,000 diagnostic mammograms, 4,500 ultrasounds, and 4,000 MRIs per year. Hologic mammography units, GE ultrasound equipment, Siemens MRI scanners, and Visage PACS are used across our practice, with home workstations also provided for shift flexibility and convenience. We are a regional referral practice for breast cancer patients and see patients from throughout the southeastern United States, Caribbean, Mexico, and South America. Numerous research and educational opportunities are available, and radiologists benefit from close working relationships with clinical colleagues, as well as strong physicist/scientist and administrative support.

Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology and have completed a 1-year Breast Imaging fellowship including at least 6 months of breast imaging.
