Job Description

Vanderbilt Health is expanding its Community Radiology Section, and we are seeking a remote fellowship-trained Breast Imaging radiologist to join our dynamic and growing regional hospital practice. In this remote role, you’ll support the healthcare networks of Vanderbilt Health’s regional hospitals, with opportunities to cover main campus, bringing high-quality care to communities across the region.

Position Highlights

  • Subspecialty Breast Imaging: Your practice will be 100% focused on breast imaging.
  • Variety of Settings: You’ll mainly provide remote services to Vanderbilt Health’s regional hospitals, but at times flex remotely to main campus, allowing you to work in different settings and impact diverse patient populations.
  • Professional Development: We support your continuous learning with CME funding, for professional development, and up to 41 days for vacation, holidays, and training.

  • We anticipate the schedule to include 219 weekday shifts annually. Optional internal paid moonlighting opportunities are available.
  • A mammography home workstation will be provided.

Position Requirements

  • Fellowship training in Breast Imaging
  • MD or equivalent degree and ABR certification or eligibility
  • Eligible for a Tennessee medical license
