  • Support and develop breast care pathways in line with national standards, NICE guidance, and breast cancer quality indicators.
  • Assist in consultant-led breast outpatient clinics and one-stop breast clinics.
  • Undertake specialist pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative care and support.
  • Act as a specialist resource for patients and colleagues, providing education, training, and expert clinical advice.
  • Participate in Breast MDT meetings, clinical governance activities, audits, service improvement projects, and quality initiatives.
  • Work closely with consultants, diagnostic services, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and wider healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
