The Breakfast Supervisor is responsible for leading and organizing breakfast attendants, ensuring high guest satisfaction through proactive service and interaction. This role oversees the setup and maintenance of the breakfast area while managing guest feedback and service recovery to enhance the overall breakfast experience.
Essential Functions and Duties
Oversee the correct and timely setup of the breakfast buffet and kitchen line, ensuring it meets brand standards.
Supervise and train new breakfast attendants to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring tables, chairs, and surfaces are regularly cleaned.
Ensure all glassware and silverware are polished and properly set for service.
Monitor and exceed Salt Scores, keeping them 5 points above brand standards.
Manage guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and communicating service recovery incidents with the Manager on Duty.
Assist breakfast attendants in completing daily side work tasks, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors.
Replenish the breakfast buffet and kitchen supplies as needed during service, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
Set up tables and assist with the transition to lunch service daily.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including proper food handling and preparation.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by the supervisor or manager.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
At least 1 year of related experience or training.
Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and train a team of breakfast attendants.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaininghigh standards of cleanliness and service.
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Work Environment
Primarily an indoor environment with frequent standing and walking required throughout the shift.
Exposure to food service equipment and cleaning chemicals.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
