This position is responsible for maintaining a well-presented breakfast environment, ensuring food availability and quality, and providing friendly, engaging service that reflects our “Take Care” culture.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience

  • Provide a warm, genuine welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression of the day
  • Deliver attentive, personalised service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
  • Assist guests with breakfast options, dietary requirements, and general enquiries
  • Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout service

Buffet Service

  • Set up the breakfast buffet to brand standards prior to service
  • Ensure all food, beverages, and equipment are fully stocked, fresh, and attractively presented
  • Continuously replenish buffet items throughout service
  • Serve hot beverages and support table service where required
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery

Cleanliness & Food Safety

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised breakfast area at all times
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently during service
  • Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures in line with company and legal standards
  • Ensure all equipment and service areas are cleaned and reset after service

Operational Support

  • Assist with food preparation tasks (e.g. cold buffet items, basic breakfast setup)
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements to the supervisor
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including buffet breakdown
  • Support wider F&B operations as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable
  • A passion for delivering excellent guest service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food hygiene practices is preferred
