Key Accountabilities

• To provide hands on leadership and collaborative direction for all breakfast operations across the hotel
• This role ensures breakfast services and delivered seamless and in alignment with brand standards through thoughtful forcasting, team engagement, and streamlined processes
• Work closely with culinary and service teams to create an environment where standards are upheld
• Ensure to address challenges promptly and continues to evolve with the breakfast experience with purpose and pride

Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury hospitaliy or freestanding, guest-focused restaurant operations, with clear ownership of the end to end breakfast experience
• Demonstrates a freestanding restaurant mindset with strong sttention to detail, service flow, and guest perception
• Respected team leader who leads with authenticity, consistency, and accountability
• Operationally confident with forcasting, resource alignment, and adaptability to changing volumes
• Passionate about service excellence, empowered to resolve issue and make timely decisions
• Strong communicator who colaborates effectively across culinary and service teams
• Fluency in English, Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
